1. Acceptance

By using Figmate or creating an account on figmate.app, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Usage

• You must be 13+ years old to use Figmate.
• You agree to provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Use of Figmate

• Figmate offers AI-powered UI generation inside Figma.
• Generations are consumed via credits. Each screen = 100 credits. Components and chat may consume fewer.
• Free tier includes 5 generations. Additional credits must be purchased.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain full rights to the designs you generate.
• Figmate owns the underlying platform, prompt logic, and AI tools.

5. Prohibited Usage

You may not:

• Use Figmate to generate illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer the plugin or web app
• Share or sell credits without permission

6. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are handled securely via Stripe.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support@figmate.app for support.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Figmate is provided "as-is" with no warranties.
• We are not liable for any business loss, design errors, or third-party API outages.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
